Distance: Eight miles.

Of awesomeness! I had a grate run today. Slow start but then I put my ipod on some good old AC\DC and my feet just flew. 

Distance: Six miles. 

Six, long, slow, and painful miles. I ate nachos before hand. Bad decisions. Bad ones. Never agin.

Distance: Five miles

We did a hill workout today. Which pretty much means that I run two and a half miles out into the middle of the woods and find a nice and big hill. Once the hill was found we run up it ten times. Then run back. I probably ran over 12 miles today, but I am not going to count it because I was just sprinting up a giant hill and shagging back down. Ten times in a row. 

I hurt. 

But tomorrow I get to go on a nice and easy long run. Aka, my favorite workout ever.

Distance: Four miles

Quite slow, but a well needed rest day for thursday will kill me. 

Goals for this month: 

  • Cleaner eating (ie, more protein, less sweets, no more ice cream trips with Mr. Sammy) 
  • Keep up with my strength training
  • Brake 6:30 on my mile repeats
  • Start swim season off with a bang and ware that two piece like you were made for it.   

Distance: Four miles. 

I did mile repeats today. I hurt. So much. Good new though, I PR today like a boss.

It feels good to finally be running hard agin.

This was the day I sprained my ankle, only one and a half miles into my run. Then I was out for a week.
